This charming holiday house is situated in a calm area with few neighbors, but is well connected and only 1 km from the sea. The house is 100m2 in size, placed on a 500 m2 plot with your own private parking places, garden and pool.
The beautiful pool area is situated in the back of the property, which provides maximum privacy and a view of the greenery that surrounds you while you are basking in the sun or cooling down in the swimming pool. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with a seating and dining area, connected perfecty to the kitchen, dining room and living room, for that much needed uninterruped flow through space.
The house is all on ground floor, offering an open concept living space, as well as two beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The house is fully air-conditioned and has individually controled A/Cs in the bedrooms.
