The house is located in Privlaka 300 m from the sea. 18 km from Zadar, 5 km from the island of Vir. 3 km from the historic town of Nin.
The house consists of two one-bedroom apartments that are rented together. You are on the first floor of the house. Each apartment has a double bedroom, a sofa bed for two people in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
In the garden there is a 32 m² pool, private and gated, and a barbecue with dining area.
The owner sometimes uses the 3rd apartment in the house - the pool and garden are, however, exclusively for the guests of this apartment.
