The very spacious holiday home with pool in Suhovare near Policnik, not far from Zadar, consists of two separate apartments that are connected by an outside staircase.
The 225 m² holiday home offers a completely independent living unit on each floor. You have a total of two living/dining areas with kitchens, five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The premises are divided as follows:
On the ground floor of the house there is a living/dining area with a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen and a bathroom.
In the attic there is a games room with billiards, table tennis, table football etc.
Fully fenced yard with a beautiful garden of more than 2000 m². In the courtyard there is a beautiful heated pool of 32 m2, sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture, a large grill station, a children's playground and a garden with seasonal vegetables for guests.
Shops can be reached after 650 m. The nearest nice restaurant is 10 km away. Another small restaurant is 3 km away. Suhovare is a small village just 10 minutes drive from the city of Zadar.
