This beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool is located just 200 metres from the sea and beach in the charming Dalmatian coastal village of Sveti Petar, between Biograd na Moru and Zadar, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday and exploring both cities.

The house offers 200 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the first floor features two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious living room with a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

The house is equipped with three air-conditioning units, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is also a large terrace on the first floor offering beautiful sea views.

The garden is completely enclosed by a high fence, ensuring privacy and a carefree holiday for guests. The garden features a 25 m² swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. Three private parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Pets are welcome at an additional charge of €10 per day per dog. A maximum of two dogs is allowed.

The Zadar region is renowned for its historical and natural beauty. The city of Zadar has a history spanning more than 2,000 years and offers numerous cultural attractions, historical monuments and unique sights.

Several of Croatia's eight national parks are located near Zadar, as well as the nature parks of Telašćica, Velebit and Lake Vrana, known for their unspoilt nature, caves and rich wildlife.

Nearby, you will find Kornati National Park, with more than 150 islands and islets that can be explored on a day trip by boat. These excursions often also include a visit to Telašćica Nature Park.

Krka National Park is approximately a 50-minute drive away. There, you can enjoy beautiful waterfalls, walks through the forest and observe the diverse flora and fauna of the park.

Nature lovers can also visit Plitvice Lakes National Park, one of the most famous natural attractions in Europe, renowned for its turquoise lakes and spectacular waterfalls.

Paklenica National Park is another great destination, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, hiking and climbing. On the other side of the Velebit Mountain lies Northern Velebit National Park, which also offers numerous opportunities to explore unspoilt nature.
