This brand new, luxury 5* Villa will fulfil the needs of anyone looking to spend their holiday in Dalmatia in a modern villa with luxury amenities. Villa is located in the beautiful Dalmatian city of Biograd na Moru which is halfway between Šibenik and Zadar. Biograd na Moru is an idyllic Dalmatian city known as being the most indented part of the Croatian coastline which is why it is especially popular among sailors.Villa Magale spreads on the 1000 m2 of property, with an indoor area of 320 m2, and offers accommodation for 10 guests in five beautifully decorated bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, an A/C system and have access to their private bathroom with a shower. In addition to the five private bathrooms, guests of Villa will have one bathroom near fitness room at their disposal. There is also a finnish sauna. Fully-equipped kitchen is connected to the grand dining area. The living room is perfect for relaxation as it is furnished with a large comfortable sofa, as well as satellite/Smart TV.

Surrounding the swimming pool are lounging chairs, while next to the pool is an outdoor shower and BBQ area. The entire property is fenced so that guests have full privacy during their stay. There is also 3 private parking spaces available. On the ground floor you will find open kitchen with dining area and living room, bathroom, gym and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the first floor you will find four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Surrounding of this new, modern Villa will give their guests an access to a lot of activities like a boat ride to the most romantic island of the Adriatic Sea, the Island Galešnjak, which is one of the rare naturally occurring heart-shaped formation, or maybe a visit to nautical paradise known as National Park Kornati.
