This dream vacation home boasts a private pool and a traditional dalmatian tavern with a barbecue, perfect for hosting unforgettable gatherings with family and friends. The stylish and comfortable interior features a modern, yet subtle and warm decor, creating an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.
The Villa has a beautiful open-concept living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. Two more bathrooms are available, as well as an additional toilet in the tavern, so there is plenty of space for everyone to freshen up and unwind after a day of exploring.
The villa comfortably accommodates eight guests in the bedrooms.
The Villa also features SAT TV, Wi-Fi throughout and complimentary parking places on the completely enclosed property.

This brand new, modern Villa is located near the historic city Zadar, in a small Dalmatian village called Crno. Crno is on the outskirts of the region’s center Zadar (7km), making Villa Enna the perfect choice for those who want to have peace and quiet during their stay, while still being able to enjoy the rich tourist offer of Zadar. Villa Ena is a true brand new modern villa offering relax and luxury feel in every inch of its space. In total it can accommodate 9 guests, so it makes it a perfect choice for families and friends. Interior of the Villa extends on 140m2 and features five bedrooms in total, of which four bedrooms are equipped with double beds and one bedroom is equipped with a single bed. There is also two bathrooms with shower equipped with basic toiletries, washing machine and dryer. A living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and exit on a terrace overlooking the peaceful surrounding will satisfy all your vacation needs. Exterior of the Villa Enna extends on 670m2 fenced property, and highlighted part of the outdoor area is beautiful heated swimming pool, and a small house next to the pool which has an indoor grill with a dining area.
As a part of your stay, you can book a private massage therapist. Professional trained staff specialized in maderotherapy and classical massage techniques will, for sure, enhance your vacation. Without the need for you to leave Villa Enna, the enjoyment and pleasure of relaxation is brought to you. On the other hand, if you are more of an adventurous type, the Villa offers beautiful boat trips that will, for sure, remain a beautiful memory of your vacation in Croatia.

Villa Mare is located in Zadar, making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in a modern and comfortable setting. With 175 m² of interior space and a 251 m² garden, the villa offers everything needed for a pleasant stay for up to eight guests. It features three spacious bedrooms with double beds, and two of them offer the possibility of adding a fold-out bed, allowing accommodation for six main guests plus two additional ones. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets for a peaceful, undisturbed sleep.
The living room includes satellite TV, while the modern kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for preparing and enjoying meals. The villa has two bathrooms with showers and a washing machine, which is especially convenient for longer stays. Guests also have access to a separate entertainment area with a pool table, darts, PlayStation console, fitness equipment, and a flat TV – a perfect space for fun and relaxation at any time of day.
Outside, there is a heated swimming pool that allows swimming even outside the peak summer season, and children can enjoy their own playground with a slide and swing.
