The Villa is situated on a 665 m2 property with a magnificent house of 191 m2. On it`s 3 floors, it provides communal and intimate areas. A total of 10 guests can accommodate the five bedrooms with double beds. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, that will allow a separate intimate space, as well as an exit to a beautiful balcony with outdoor furniture. The communal part consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room and offers enough space for an uninterrupted gathering of family and friends. Going further in exploring this amazing space, you will find a kitchenette equipped with a seating area and a bar, to enjoy company while sipping on a glass of wine in a room inspired by dalmatian culture and décor. There are also three additional toilets throughout the Villa.
The exterior part of the Villa will take your breath away. A stunning terrace and a free flow seating area lead to the heated pool area and a roofed BBQ area with a dining table. Right next to the pool are sun loungers and two covered lanai gazebos with beds. In between the gazebos is an outdoor jacuzzi. Every part of the pool area has a view of the built-in TV in the glassed part of the wall. Continuing to enjoy the spa experience, you can relax in the finnish and turkish sauna, or the indoor jacuzzi.
This fully air-conditioned Villa also provides Wi-Fi, SAT TV, Cable TV, a game console and 4 parking spaces. The Villa exudes luxury and provides a spa experience throughout.
