The beautiful Villa A`More is located in a peaceful part of the village of Maslenica, just 30 meters from the beach. This incredible property, which can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, offers everything you need for a peaceful holiday with family and friends.
The outdoor space is complemented by a pool that overflows over the wall, giving you the feeling that your holiday and enjoyment will never end. And that’s exactly how it feels. Whether you choose to swim, relax in the sun by the pool, or prefer to lounge on the comfortable outdoor garden furniture, you’ll enjoy the stunning view of the Adriatic Sea. Just a few steps from the villa, the sea is literally at your feet.
Villa A`More spans 240 m² of living space, with a beautiful, modern, and tastefully furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen. It offers access to a lovely terrace with a sea view, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while exchanging thoughts about your surroundings and the moments spent.
Our guests have three bedrooms at their disposal. Two of them, located on the first floor, have double beds and their own bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor and offers two separate beds that can be joined into a double bed, as well as an extra bed, and also has a bathroom with a shower.
If you wish to deepen your relaxation, a sauna is available. On the other hand, if you prefer to stay active, fitness equipment is also at your disposal. When it comes to a more active holiday, Villa A`More is perfectly located, with the historic city of Zadar nearby, the "royal city" of Nin where the first Croatian king was crowned, as well as several national parks such as Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes, or Krka Waterfalls – all just a short drive away.
Villa A`More offers satellite TV, Wi-Fi throughout the property, and free parking spaces on the completely enclosed estate.

This beautiful new villa is located literally on the shore of the Novigrad Sea, just 50 meters from the nearest pebble beach. It is located in the peaceful Maslenica, only a 30-minute drive from Zadar, and close to Starigrad Paklenica and Novigrad na Moru — a perfect starting point for exploring the entire region.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a modernly equipped kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room, an elegant bathroom and a covered terrace that leads directly to the private pool.
The first floor offers three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), one of which has its own en suite bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom and a covered terrace ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
On the upper floor there is a spacious sun terrace with a magical view of the sea, and on the roof terrace itself a brand new jacuzzi awaits you — the perfect place to enjoy the panoramic view of the Novigrad Sea, day or night.
The 285 m² garden is equipped with sun loungers, and guests are also provided with 5 pool towels. The villa offers underfloor heating in all bathrooms, as well as in the kitchen, dining room and living room, as many as four air conditioners, SAT TV and air conditioning in each bedroom, a blender with ice crushing function and an iron with ironing board — all for ultimate comfort during your stay.
The outdoor area is complemented by a modern, luxurious swimming pool, free private parking space and an outdoor fireplace for outdoor gatherings. The magnificent sea view extends from almost every part of the villa and will surely take your breath away.
