Villa Deep Green is located in the peaceful village of Maslenica, just 28 kilometers from Zadar, offering guests perfect tranquility and privacy. This modernly designed villa sits on a large plot of land, surrounded by olive trees, oak forests, and lush meadows, creating a relaxing atmosphere in nature.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests, ideally suited for 6. You’ll find spacious rooms, a modern kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area that comfortably seats 8 people, as well as a cozy living room with a corner sofa, TV, and coffee table. There is also a bathroom with a shower, and the terrace with seating is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee. Upstairs, there is another living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom offers two single beds that can be combined into a double.
The outdoor area will impress you with a spacious terrace, a pool, and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. There is also a barbecue and a covered dining area with a table for 8, ideal for family gatherings or dinners with friends.
This villa is the perfect place for a family or friendly atmosphere and offers amenities such as a children’s playground, table tennis, darts, billiards, and badminton. The villa is fully enclosed and has 3 private parking spaces, along with 2 additional external parking spaces.

Villa A`More spans 240 m² of living space, with a beautiful, modern, and tastefully furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen. It offers access to a lovely terrace with a sea view, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while exchanging thoughts about your surroundings and the moments spent.
Our guests have three bedrooms at their disposal. Two of them, located on the first floor, have double beds and their own bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor and offers two separate beds that can be joined into a double bed, as well as an extra bed, and also has a bathroom with a shower.
If you wish to deepen your relaxation, a sauna is available. On the other hand, if you prefer to stay active, fitness equipment is also at your disposal. When it comes to a more active holiday, Villa A`More is perfectly located, with the historic city of Zadar nearby, the "royal city" of Nin where the first Croatian king was crowned, as well as several national parks such as Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes, or Krka Waterfalls – all just a short drive away.
