The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, with an optimal capacity for 6. It features three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, as well as an additional sofa bed in the living room. The interior is designed as an open-concept space combining the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming environment for socializing and spending quality time together. The living room includes a TV with Wi-Fi access and Netflix, and the entire space, including all bedrooms, is fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
Guests have access to one modern bathroom with a shower, as well as an additional separate WC. The entrance to the house is reached via stairs leading to the upper floor, where you are welcomed by a spacious terrace with a table and chairs – a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The beautifully landscaped courtyard offers a special experience, blending natural stone with Mediterranean plants and flowers. It features a swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and several seating areas, including a cozy corner under a tree ideal for enjoying a glass of wine. There is also a traditional stone barbecue with all the necessary equipment for outdoor cooking.
For additional fun and relaxation, guests can enjoy a covered ground-floor terrace with a billiard table, a table soccer setup, and children’s amenities such as a trampoline and a sandbox. The property also includes a separate laundry room with a washing machine, as well as private parking in front of the house.
