Description
The house is spread over two floors and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds – as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room with a fireplace provides a pleasant space for evening relaxation.
On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset.
Outside, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool with sun loungers, a landscaped garden and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, perfect for preparing meals outdoors and socializing on warm summer evenings.
The beach is only 10 meters away, and the historic city of Zadar with numerous sights, restaurants and events is 30 kilometers away. Lovers of nature and outdoor activities can enjoy the cycling and hiking trails that surround the villa.
