This exceptional villa is located right on the beach and will delight you with its unique blend of history, comfort and perfect location. It is a 130-year-old traditional Dalmatian olive mill, carefully renovated and converted into a luxurious stone villa that can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels. A sofa bed can accommodate an additional two people. The entire space has access to the terrace, swimming pool and beach located right in front of the house. There is also a toilet and laundry area on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms, also with en suite bathrooms, ensuring complete privacy and comfort for all guests.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi throughout the property and free private parking for three cars is provided.
The landscaped garden features a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with outdoor seating, and a children's playground with swings and a slide - ideal for relaxation and family vacations.
Located in the quiet village of Brijesta on the Pelješac peninsula, the villa offers direct contact with the sea, silence and privacy, while also being in an excellent location for exploring the surrounding natural and cultural beauties of southern Croatia.
Please note that the property does not accept youth groups.
