This modernly decorated and tastefully furnished villa is located in Sukošan, a tourist town just a short drive away from the historical town of Zadar.
Set in a residential area of the town, with it`s 190m2 of living space on the fully fenced property of a 1000 m2, it will provide just the right amount of peace and quiet, as well as the vicinity of shops, bars, restaurants, beaches and summer town events.
On the ground floor there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area in one, living room with SAT TV, as well as a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and separate toilet.
On the first floor there are two very spacious double bedrooms with extra-large beds each with an en-suite bathroom, one with shower and one with tub. Both bedrooms have their own balcony.
Air-conditioning is individually controlled in all living and sleeping quarters of the Villa.
There is a passage on the ground floor, leading you to the back yard, the tavern. You can relax, sit or dine on a spacious covered terrace with another fully equipped kitchen, big BBQ station, wooden table, TV SAT and air-conditioning. The pool is 32m2 and heated.
Pets are not allowed.
