This amazing and brand new Villa is located in a small tourist place called Sukošan near Zadar city, only 10 minutes walk from the beach Tratice. On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed. One bedroom has access to a private, en-suite bathroom with shower. On this floor guests have access to a separate bathroom with shower and other toiletries. Exterior of this amazing Villa occupies a garden of 525 m2, unique shape swimming pool of 30m2 and sauna. The outdoor BBQ is ideal for preparing fresh and delicious meals for family and friends which you can enjoy at the outdoor dining area in a beautiful night setting. In the beautifully designed outdoor area, perfect for families, guests can enjoy a children’s trampoline and table tennis for relaxing moments.
