Luxurious villa "Azuro" is located in Sveti Filip i Jakov, only 3 km from Biograd and 25 km south of the historic city of Zadar. The new and modern villa has a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with shower, 3 open living areas with dining tables, well-equipped kitchens and a total of 4 furnished covered balconies with stunning sea views.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and are ideal for up to a maximum of 12 people. There are 2 larger self-contained apartments on the 1st floor and a studio apartment on the ground floor. Overall suitable for a maximum of 12 people. On the roof terrace you will find a whirlpool from which you can enjoy the sea view, which will further enhance your stay.
The complex is completely fenced and also provided with a privacy screen so that you can enjoy maximum privacy. The private outdoor pool (6 x 3 m) with sun loungers and seating areas and a solar shower are at your disposal. A total of 4 parking spaces with sun protection are also available in the closed courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
A pergola with a comfortable, high-quality lounge set is also located on the roof terrace. Here you can relax wonderfully with a glass of wine and you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.
