The villa is located near Dignano and Rovinj in Istria. The interior of this marvellous stone villa will take your breath away. The entire property exudes great Istrian and Tuscan character and charm.
The villa has four separate bedrooms, two with comfortable double beds and two with single beds. Two bathrooms with shower and washing machine are also at your disposal. The spacious living room with a large sofa and an indoor fireplace will offer you a dose of intimacy and warmth at home. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. From the living room, you can access a new and fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. The balcony and the wide terrace will guarantee you a perfect evening with a glass of quality Istrian wine while watching the sunsets.
The external area of the villa has a covered terrace with a dining table and pool view. A cosy lounge corner, a barbecue area and sun loungers are also located near the spacious refreshing pool. A tennis court and children's playground are also available for guests (shared with other villas). Satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning and parking are available free of charge for villa guests. Pets are welcome upon request and at an additional cost.
A final cleaning fee of 150 EUR will be charged per booking.
The tourist tax (1,5€ per night per person) will be paid directly to the property owner upon arrival (children under 12 years old do not pay tax).
