Description
This beautiful and spacious semi-detached holiday home is located in a peaceful part of the charming coastal village of Turanj, only 200 meters from a pebble beach. The carefully designed interior extends over the first and second floors, connected by an internal staircase. Guests have at their disposal five air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, an additional toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen and living room on each floor – ideal for larger families or groups of friends seeking both comfort and privacy.
Special attention has been given to the outdoor area, designed for complete relaxation and socializing. The spacious sun terrace features a heated swimming pool and a whirlpool, perfect for enjoying throughout the day. Next to the pool, there is a covered seating area providing pleasant shade, as well as a billiard table – an ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation or evening gatherings.
Villa Ancora also offers a wide range of entertainment facilities for all generations: guests can enjoy the already mentioned billiard table, darts and a trampoline, while children will love the playground. Active holiday enthusiasts can explore the surroundings by bicycle, as Turanj and its area offer well-maintained cycling paths along the coast. High-quality bicycles are available for rent at an additional charge, payable in cash upon agreement with the owner.
Turanj is a tourist village connected by a seaside promenade to the center of Sveti Filip i Jakov, making it a perfect choice for those who want to be close to events and amenities, yet far enough from crowded tourist hubs. The village stretches along 4 kilometers of coastline in the Pašman Channel, surrounded by a small archipelago of 16 islets. Numerous small piers (“mula”) add to the charm of the coastline and provide safe mooring for small boats. From the shore, there is a breathtaking view of Babac, the only inhabited island in the archipelago, located just one nautical mile from Turanj.
