Villa Clara is a luxurious five-star villa located in the peaceful seaside town of Kožino, just outside Zadar. Surrounded by greenery and the sea, it is spread over a plot of 1,400 m² and provides the ideal setting for a relaxing family holiday. On the ground floor there is the main entrance from which you can easily access all parts of the house. On the left side there is a fully equipped kitchen, while on the right there is a guest toilet and storage room. The spacious living room with large glass walls is filled with natural light and offers views of the pool, sea and sunset. From the living room, a hallway leads to the bedrooms and a staircase connecting the ground floor with the garage and the first floor. Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms that share a balcony with a beautiful view of the Zadar archipelago, a modern bathroom and an additional living room that also serves as a library, playroom, board game area and indoor children's playground, making it the perfect place to play and have fun all year round.
The villa's outdoor space is a special value. In front of the house there is a large private swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters, with a depth of 1.5 to 2.5 meters. Next to the pool is a spacious terrace of over 50 m², ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and sharing meals outdoors. The spacious lawn around the villa is perfect for children's games, football and other outdoor activities. Use of the pool is at your own risk, and if desired, a professional lifeguard service can be arranged.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, with additional heating in the bathrooms, and offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms. The entrance and garage doors are opened by remote control.
