This modern and functionally designed villa accommodates up to six guests and offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. Guests have access to two fully equipped bathrooms, as well as an elegant, modern kitchen that seamlessly blends into an open-plan space with a spacious and cozy living room – perfect for relaxation and socializing.
In the basement of the villa, there is a private gym equipped with basic workout equipment, a television, and a sofa – an ideal spot for recreation or relaxation.
The villa’s charm is completed by a beautifully landscaped garden that invites you to spend time outdoors. Here you’ll find a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Next to the pool, there is a comfortable outdoor seating area and a dining corner with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco.
