Both sections of the villa feature a kitchen with a dining area and living room, as well as two en-suite bedrooms. One part of the villa is specially adapted for individuals with disabilities, allowing seamless wheelchair access. All rooms are air-conditioned, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms ensures a comfortable stay year-round. Between the two residential sections, there is a fully equipped office space that also serves as a reception area for welcoming guests—ideal for those who wish to combine relaxation with work obligations.
