Seaview Villa Grota with a heated swimming pool is located in the peaceful seaside town of Maslenica, not far from Zadar, and is an ideal choice for a family holiday by the sea. Spreading over 230 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. With four air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and additional amenities such as a SMART TV with Netflix, Villa Grota offers the comfort of home in a Mediterranean setting. Special emphasis has been placed on the suitability for families with children - the villa includes a specially designed play corner, and the playroom with a sofa bed offers a safe and fun space for the youngest. This ensures that children have their own space to play and have fun, while parents can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi, sauna and exercise equipment, which contributes to the ultimate relaxation.
The outdoor area features a 300 m² fenced garden with a private heated swimming pool with hydromassage, sun loungers and parasols. A large terrace with a barbecue and dining table is ideal for outdoor meals, and three private parking spaces make it even easier for families with children. Guests can also use a SUP board for water activities at no additional cost.

The exterior of the Villa offers a 34 m2 heated swimming pool with sunloungers and sun umbrellas, as well as outdoor furniture to sit and relax while sipping on a glass of a cool beverage and soaking up the sun. It is important to emphasize that it is a pool with salt water that is filtered by electrolysis, which means that the water in it is much more pleasant for people, without irritating the skin and eyes due to chlorine. Near the pool area is a covered terrace with BBQ facilities and a dining area. Beautiful memories created while sharing the stunning spaces of Villa Hill and it`s many amenities will last a lifetime.

Welcome to the villa Novue, located in beautiful Maslenica. This modern villa was built in 2024 and offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort and natural beauty, providing you with an unforgettable vacation on the Adriatic coast.
The villa Novue can accommodate up to 10 people, it is ideal for larger families or groups of friends. It contains four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable double beds and a private bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a large sofa that can be used as an extra bed for two people, providing additional flexibility in accommodating guests.
The living room is spacious and bright, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories, which allows you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy in the dining room or on the terrace.
In the yard there is a heated swimming pool of 40 m², surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Next to the pool is a spacious terrace, ideal for hanging out outdoors and enjoying warm summer evenings. The yard offers a beautiful view of the sea. Children will love the play area, which includes a badminton net, playhouse and soccer goals.
The house is completely fenced, ensuring your privacy and security. Pets are welcome for a fee of €10 per day. There is also a parking lot with 4 parking spaces for your vehicles.
