Villa Hill spreads over 260 m2 of living space on a 662 m2 plot, providing ease of movement and an uninterrupted flow of this seemingly endless scope of elegant, functional and meticulously elaborate estate. On the ground floor of the Villa, there is a capacious, open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a billiards table and a game console for those fun moments with your friends and family. The openness towards the beautifull swimming pool area will make you feel like you are both indoors and outdoors.
On the first floor you will find four comfortable bedrooms, three of which have king sized beds and one has two single beds that can be joined together. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and an individually controled A/C, providing the opportunity for personalization of your space. You can also find your way to an amazing balcony with sea view and outdoor furniture, which you can enjoy from your bedroom, also.
The exterior of the Villa offers a 34 m2 heated swimming pool with sunloungers and sun umbrellas, as well as outdoor furniture to sit and relax while sipping on a glass of a cool beverage and soaking up the sun. It is important to emphasize that it is a pool with salt water that is filtered by electrolysis, which means that the water in it is much more pleasant for people, without irritating the skin and eyes due to chlorine. Near the pool area is a covered terrace with BBQ facilities and a dining area. Beautiful memories created while sharing the stunning spaces of Villa Hill and it`s many amenities will last a lifetime.
The completely enclosed estate of Villa Hill offers complete Wi-Fi coverage, free parking spaces and an abundance of privacy for your dream holiday on the dalmatian coast.

Children will love the play area, which includes a badminton net, playhouse and soccer goals.
