With a total area of 120 m² and situated on a 420 m² plot, the villa offers ample space for complete enjoyment and privacy.
Each bedroom is equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a TV, and a safe to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa features two luxurious bathrooms with showers, ensuring both comfort and functionality. For complete relaxation, a heated hydro-massage pool is available, perfect for unwinding in any season. Additionally, an outdoor shower allows you to cool off in the fresh air, while the beautiful Dalmatian tavern offers a perfect space to enjoy an authentic atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for meal preparation, while a variety of entertainment options ensure your time at the villa is filled with laughter and fun. With board games, 2 bicycles, Netflix, table football, a small billiard table, chess, and a gym with a treadmill and an exercise bike, fun is guaranteed for all ages.

The house is spread over two floors and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds – as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room with a fireplace provides a pleasant space for evening relaxation.
On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset.
Outside, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool with sun loungers, a landscaped garden and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, perfect for preparing meals outdoors and socializing on warm summer evenings.
