If you have always wanted to spend your vacation in a piece of paradise inspired by the scents and flavors of Provence, then this beautiful, authentic and charming villa in the tranquil village of St. Filip i Jakov is the ideal vacation home. The 200 m² villa offers space for up to 10 people on two floors.
The premises are divided as follows: Ground floor: The tastefully furnished living/dining room with kitchen and sofa bed for two people is on the ground floor of the house. From the living area you can access the terrace, the pool and the garden of the property A bathroom with bath and washing machine are also located on the ground floor. 1st Floor: (1st Floor) On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two double bedrooms with separate beds and two bathrooms with shower. Two rooms have access to the balcony. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and safe.
In the outer part of the villa you can use two grills and two terraces. In this area there is a beautiful heated outdoor pool. The property is only 300-400 meters from the center. Beaches, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and bakery are very close.

There are 2 larger self-contained apartments on the 1st floor and a studio apartment on the ground floor. Overall suitable for a maximum of 12 people. On the roof terrace you will find a whirlpool from which you can enjoy the sea view, which will further enhance your stay.
The complex is completely fenced and also provided with a privacy screen so that you can enjoy maximum privacy.
